How to return or exchange an item?
ALL items must be returned with attached tags, original packaging and re-saleable conditions. If item will have any signs of wear, stains, holes in fabric, perfume, make up, scrapes, or missing elements the refund will not be issued.
Before dispatching the parcel to you, THE HIJAB CITY carefully inspects every item and its condition. Therefore, if something is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so we could help you to resolve that issue. Make sure to provide us with your order number and picture evidence. We will be happy to exchange the faulty item for the same or refund you the money. Please note that any refunds are issues within 14-28 business days after THE HIJAB CITY receives the item(s). Exchanges are to be made within 7 days from the time the package has been received. Postage charged for refund/exchanges will still apply and THE HIJAB CITY is not responsible for those charges.
If you are an international customer, the same policies apply to you. You have 7 days to return or exchange an item after the parcel has been delivered to you. We do not accept returns if we have not been notified within 7 days period. Please state in you customs form that the items you are sending are for the return/refund. THE HIJAB CITY does not issue a refund in any other currency rather than US dollars. THE HIJAB CITY is not responsible for any customs charges. The refunds will be made after the item(s) have been received. To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
